Comparing Numbers within 10000

Dear 3 Love,

Today, we revisited the concepts of comparing numbers. We learnt to compare by looking at the respective place values i.e. thousands, hundreds, tens and ones place. I'm sure you also had great fun learning this concept through a specially-crafted Maths game using UNO cards!

Not forgetting our friends from Shanghai Daning International Elementary School! Mrs Tan is so proud of our citizenship ambassadors who serve as buddies of these pupils from Shanghai! Special thanks to Joelle, Pin Ern, Nay Chi and Trisha!

Use-Your-Hands Campaign

On the first day of school, the pupils in 3 Love cooperated with one another and successfully completed the cleaning of the classroom.

Pupils were divided into groups and they take up different tasks such as sweeping the floor, cleaning the whiteboard, cupboards and lockers. After the activity, pupils did reflection in their journal books. All feedback were positive and the pupils actually mentioned that the activity is very meaningful and they yearn for more activities like this!
